In Divine Friendship is a sacred space where healing, presence, and Divine companionship meet. It is a gentle, heart‑led counselling offering for those who long to feel understood, held, and spiritually supported as they walk through life’s tender places.
Here, counselling becomes a spiritual friendship — a quiet meeting place between your soul, your inner truth, and the loving presence of the Divine. Together, we explore your emotions, your challenges, your longings, and your spiritual journey with compassion, intuition, and deep respect for your lived experience.
Sessions may include reflective conversation, prayer, meditation, breath awareness, creativity, silence, or intuitive guidance. Everything unfolds softly, at your pace, in a way that honours your heart and your relationship with God.
In Divine Friendship is not about fixing you. It is about walking beside you — listening, supporting, and helping you discover the wisdom already living within you.
Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional healing, spiritual grounding, or simply a safe place to breathe and be yourself, this counselling space welcomes you with tenderness and devotion.

Sessions and Fees
All spiritual counselling sessions are held online via Zoom.

In Divine Friendship Spiritual Counselling is (60) minutes — Payment (Donation)
Payments can be made by PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Please ensure payment is made before or on the day of your session, unless a different arrangement has been agreed.
Number of Sessions
In Divine Friendship spiritual counselling session often lasts between 6 and 12 sessions, depending on your needs.
We may review:
How you are feeling about the sessions
What is helping you
Whether you wish to continue, pause, or end
You are free to end counselling at any time. I simply ask that you let me know.
Cancellations and Late Arrival
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
I understand that emergencies can happen—please contact me as soon as you are able.
Sessions start at the agreed time and cannot be extended if you arrive late.
Confidentiality and Ethical Practice
Your sessions are confidential and held in accordance with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework.
Confidentiality may need to be broken if:
There is a serious risk of harm to you
There is a serious risk of harm to others
I am legally required to share information
Where possible, I will discuss this with you before any disclosure.
Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
I keep only the information you provide (name, contact details, emergency contact, and brief session notes).
Session notes are stored in a secure, protected folder online and kept securely for five years.
Your information is not shared with anyone unless required by law or for safety reasons.
Spiritual counselling may include poetry, art, or reflective writing.
With your consent, your creative work may be shared anonymously on the Sushumna Chapel website.
