The Chakras & Our Inner World
The Chakras & Our Inner World Will Help You…
Explore your feelings, imagination and inner world through colour, shape, movement, art, creativity and the beauty of nature.
Our journey follows four simple steps: Learn → Understand → Feel → Create
You will learn about the chakras and their connection to colour, nature and sacred geometry, understand what they represent, notice how these ideas make you feel, and then express yourself through creative activities.
This is your journey — a chance to explore, connect, create and be yourself.
What Are Chakras?
Chakras are part of an ancient Indian tradition. The word chakra means “wheel” or “circle.” Chakras are traditionally described as centres of energy in the body. Each one is connected with different feelings, qualities and experiences.
There are seven main chakras, often shown as a rainbow of colours from the base of the body to the top of the head. We can explore chakras as a way of thinking about our feelings, imagination, experiences and our inner world.
