December’s Resources - What Is “A Yogi’s Approach To Death And Dying”?
Peace Sangha,
Here are the resources for this month. You will find excerpts from the book Transitioning in Grace, which is inspired by What Is “A Yogi’s Approach To Death And Dying”? Plus more.
I shared with everyone how Kriya Yoga is one of the most respectful and reverent forms of yoga, that gently guides us to quieten our emotional reactions and helps us to find a deeper sense of balance and peace within ourselves.
Kriya Yoga isn’t just a technique, it is a comprehensive spiritual path. It encourages us to embrace the right attitudes and right ways of living, helping us to approach life with greater awareness, peace and love. Many devoted yogis have used this sacred practice as a means to attain freedom and liberation, preparing themselves for the ultimate transition of death with grace and peace.
I highly recommend exploring Kriya Yoga as a spiritual journey that offers not just peace of mind but also practical tools for transforming your life, helping you to awaken to your true natural self.
To further support my spiritual path and to align with my commitments as a Minister, I chose to do Kriya Yoga with Ananda Sangha Worldwide. This decision allowed me to deepen my practice and remain connected to the reverent flow that is so essential to my work. The journey has been transformative, and I have never looked back since making this commitment.
