5th Day 🧡

Peace Sangha,

It’s Day 5 of the cleanse, and today I was blessed to receive face to face healing for my body, mind and soul. The depth of healing, peace and restoration I experienced was unlike anything I have ever experienced. It felt as though divine hands reached into the core of my whole being and gently purified and released old stuff. The quietness, peace and the stillness that I experienced were so special and sacred. It was hard to bring myself back to the present moment, to go home. Tears of joy came without effort, soft and cleansing. Where I left feeling lighter, clearer and grateful.
