Step 1… We are Powerful
Blessings Dear Friends,
The first step into the Divine Spine with Jesus Christ is the gateway of the 5th chakra the Vishuddha Chakra located at the throat centre…
The Throat Chakra is the communication centre that connects us to our Higher Mind, the Divine Mind of Truth that leads us to Christ Consciousness…
To start the journey into step 1, it is important that we find our voices, that we are heard and that we face our fears of speaking and standing up for ourselves… And that we surrender and admit to ourselves that we a powerful, that we can give up or let go of anything that stands in our way, of communicating our truths to our Lord Jesus Christ.
If we don’t, our throat chakra will be unbalanced, which will hinder our flow of energy, impacting our ability to express ourselves and receive nourishment and the true divine guidance that we need.
When we choose to embrace this step and be honest with ourselves, share our ultimate truths with Jesus as our divine friend and surrender all to him… Our throat chakra will open up to Divine Communication to the higher mind, the divine mind of truth and Christ Consciousness to bring healing to naturally balance out the chakra. Where you will receive the keys to open the gate to transcending fear into love, turning wisdom into creativity, empathy into compassion and Ego Consciousness into Christ Consciousness… And experience the nectar of the Prince of Peace and Calmness.
Thank you for taking the courageous first step of We are Powerful, to finding our voice with Jesus Christ.
Below are some sacred and uplifting words to help us reflect, to journal our thoughts and open us up to our divine communication with Jesus Christ.
-
Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
-
Declarations of Truth should be practiced willingly, freely, intelligently, and devotionally. One’s attention should not be allowed to lag.
Straying attention should be brought back again and again like a truant child and repeatedly and patiently trained to perform its given task.
-
I shall not want
-
Guide me in your truth and teach me,
for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. -
Affirmation: I am Powerful, I am the Truth.
-
After spending some time in reading, reflection and journaling … Refer to the Visualisation & meditation and when you have finished, if you feel too… You can offer your gratitude and devotion to Jesus Christ by drawing art or writing poetry or finding your own meaningful hearts way.

Truth is the most important vow, being the very basis of all the others. The word 'Satya' is from 'Sat', which means 'Being'. On 'Sat' depends true knowledge, known in Sanskrit as 'Chit' and Bliss that is 'Ananda'. The three together form the word 'Sachhidananda' which is one of the epithets of the Supreme Being. According to Gandhiji, Truth is God. Satya, therefore, was the pivot of the life of an Ashramite. Observance of Truth was expected not only in speech but also in thought and in action.
One may wonder what one should do if what appears to be truth to one person does not appear to be truth to another. Gandhiji suggests that after due deliberation and humble consideration of the opinion of the other person, if one still feels his own truth to be truth for himself, he should follow it according to his own light. In order to be convinced about one's ability to understand truth, one should use as the measuring rod those who have suffered for Truth and should himself be ready to suffer similarly.

Truth (satya) is the foundation stone of the universe. “The worlds are built on truth,” says the Mahabharata. Men and civilizations stand or fall according to their attitude toward truth.
An honest person is spontaneously admired by all right-thinking men. The Hindu scriptures, however, point out that a devotee whose ideal is truth should always exercise judgment and common sense before speaking. It is not enough merely to tell the truth; one’s words should also be sweet, healing, and beneficial to others. Hurtful statements, however accurate, are usually better left unsaid. Many a heart has been broken and many a life wrecked by truths spoken by others inopportunely. A sage carefully watches his speech, lest he wound those who are not yet ready to hear and profit by his veracious observations.

Satya means to be truthful with your words, yourself, your actions and others. Satya is the pathway to authenticity, making sure that the words we communicate are from a place of kindness, empathy, unconditional love, care, and non judgment. When working with Satya, it is important that we remember Ahimsa, as they both need each other.
If you are angry and can’t be compassionate, then you are not in truthfulness or Ahimsa. It is important that you take a moment to pause, take a breath or wait a while until you reconnect back to a place of calmness and peace before speaking your truth.
If we are committed and faithful to Satya, we will be given the power to create a new way of life.
May we walk together hand in hand in truth for Satya.

Heart of the Light, I am the Life and Truth
Asaru-Hotep
Visualisation & Meditation by Prashanti
Let’s take a moment to spend some time simply looking at the image before us, as we do so, let's pay attention to the vibrant and radiant colour blue. Now, let’s visualise Jesus Christ in front of us and feel his expansive light and presence within and around us… Now lets take a moment to enter into the silence and the stillness of our being…. and digesting these sacred words from Psalm 46 Verse 10 Be still, and know that I am God; into a brief silent meditation
Be still, and know that I am God;
Now imagine the most beautiful colour blue that you have ever seen and make a connection with it at your throat chakra and feel the divine spirit of peace and calmness that it brings to you….
Now take a moment to concentrate fully and focus deeply and feel the flow of energy from the spirit of peace and calmness, gently flowing towards your spine like the waves of the oceans and rest here for a while…
Now, visualise the waves of the oceans turning into Christ’s Divine Light shining so bright, transending and bringing healing and balance to your throat chakra…
Feel that your communication centre is now open upwards to Christ Communication of Divine Truth.. And now let’s gently affirm I am powerful in Christ's Light, I am powerful in Christ’s Light, I am Powerful in Christ’s Light. Christ’s Light is the communication of my life.
